This whipped avocado dip is a higher protein dip to help you enjoy more vegetables this year! I’m a Dietitian, but if I’m going to eat raw vegetables, I need to eat them with a dip. So, I created this dip that has some protein, fibre and healthy fats to make healthy eating more flavourful!
And no, this dip isn’t super spicy (because I know you’re wondering). It will depend on how hot your jalapeño pepper is, but I provide some suggestions below.

Whipped Avocado Dip FAQs
Whipped avocado jalapeño dip is a creamy, spicy dip made by blending ripe avocados with jalapeños, yogurt, mayo, lime juice, and seasonings. It’s perfect for chips, crackers, veggies, or as a spread.
Yes! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. To prevent browning, press a layer of plastic wrap directly onto the surface.
The heat depends on the number of jalapeños used, whether you include the seeds, and how spicy that particular pepper is. Start with one jalapeño and adjust to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, fresh veggies, or as a spread for sandwiches and tacos.
Freezing is not recommended, as avocados can change texture and become watery when thawed.
