Spicy Pineapple Mocktail
A spicy and refreshing alcohol-free drink for the summer!

Ingredients
- maple syrup or honey
- Tajin
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- ½ lime juiced
- 1 bottle Spicy Pineapple soda I use The Great Gentleman
Instructions
- Add 1-2 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup to a plate, and 1-2 tablespoon of Tajin on another plate. Rim the glass with the honey or syrup and then the Tajin.
- Add some ice to your rimmed glass. Add the pineapple juice, lime juice and stir. Top with Spicy Pineapple soda.
- Enjoy!
Notes
PINEAPPLE SODA: this drink was created around this specific soda. If you're not able to find this particular brand, or anything similar, you could use any sort of sparkling pineapple drink, although it won't be spicy. If you want to add spice, you could add a jalapeño simple syrup or use hot honey to rim the glass.
