Ingredients

water

white sugar

sprigs, fresh rosemary
Instructions
In a small pot, add sugar and water.
Bring to a simmer, and add rosemary. Use a spatula to gently stir and ensuring all sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat. Cover and let sit for at least one hour.
Once cooled, transfer to a well sealed container and place in the fridge.
Will keep in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
