Ingredients

rosemary simple syrup

oz
grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
sparkling water (or Prosecco)
ice

sprig, fresh rosemary
for garnish

thinly sliced grapefruit
for garnish
Instructions
To a tall glass, add lots of ice.
Add rosemary simple syrup and grapefruit juice. Fill the remainder of the glass with sparkling water (or Prosecco). Stir to combine.
Garnish with a spring of fresh rosemary and thin slice of grapefruit.
