Ingredients
1
tablespoon
honey
or maple syrup
1
tablespoon
Sriracha
1
cup
cashews
raw, unsalted
pinch
salt
pinch
brown sugar
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to
350
°F
In a medium bowl mix honey and Sriracha. Add cashews and toss to coat.
Transfer the coated cashews to the lined baking sheet. Spread them out so there's space between each cashew.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, tossing about half way through. If you want to add salt and brown sugar, do it at the halfway mark.
They're done when they're no longer sticky and slightly golden brown.
Let cool, transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
