This 3 month package is designed to help you reach your diet and lifestyle goals. With regular check-ins and on-going email support, you’ll have constant support and accountability to make sure you’re on the right track.

  • 1 initial nutrition consultation (75 minutes)
  • 5 follow up sessions (30 minutes each)
  • Review of 3 day food record
  • Email support between sessions
  • Goal setting & personalized nutrition care plan (adjusted and updated at end of each session)
  • Recipes & meal plans
